DOUGH (70%): durum wheat semolina,
pasteurized egg mixture.
FILLING (30%): ricotta cheese 40% [11.2% in
final product] (WHEY, MILK, acidity regulator:
citric acid), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour,
water, salt, yeast), margarine (palm oil,
sunflower oil), pecorino cheese 10% [2.8% in
final product] (MILK, salt, rennet), spinach
powder 3,2% [0.9% in final product], salt,
flavours, vegetable fiber, yeast extract.
Contains WHEAT, EGG and MILK
May contain SOY and MUSTARD.
