  • 100 g of fresh basil
  • 50 g of pine nuts

Instructions:

  • Gradually add the Parmigiano, Pecorino, and a pinch of salt, continuing to crush or blend.
  • Slowly pour in the olive oil in a thin stream, stirring constantly until you get a creamy and well-mixed sauce.
  • Cook the tortellini in plenty of salted water according to the times indicated on the package.
  • Drain the tortellini and immediately toss them with the prepared pesto, mixing gently.
  • Serve hot with a sprinkle of Parmigiano and pepper to taste.
