- 400 g of Pastificio Bolognese tortellini
- 100 g of fresh basil
- 50 g of pine nuts

Instructions:

- Drain the tortellini and immediately toss them with the prepared pesto, mixing gently.
- Serve hot with a sprinkle of Parmigiano and pepper to taste.
